Web design & build for small businesses

Websites that work harder.

For businesses that don't have a website yet, and for the ones that haven't touched theirs in years. A clear price before we start, a real project plan, and a site that brings in work.

  • Fixed-price quotes
  • Weekly progress updates
  • Live in weeks, not months

Sound familiar?

Three kinds of people call me.

All of them are great at what they do. None of them wants to spend a month learning what a "discovery retainer" is.

01 No website yet

Customers are searching for you tonight. They're finding someone else.

You don't need anything fancy. You need a clean, fast site that says who you are, what you do, and how to reach you, and that shows up when someone in town searches for it. I handle the domain, the hosting, and every part that feels technical.

Start with a first website
02 Site hasn't changed in years

It's slow on phones, the photos are old, and the news page still says 2019.

You know it needs a refresh. You've been putting it off because you expect an agency to quote a number with too many zeros. A refresh doesn't have to mean starting over, and it doesn't have to be a mystery price.

See how a refresh works
03 You're a professional, not a business

Recruiters give a resume seven seconds. A portfolio site earns you minutes.

Your work, your story and your results on one fast page with your own domain. Put the link on your resume and LinkedIn and let the people deciding see what you've actually done.

Portfolio sites from $750

Most people avoid digital agencies because of the price tag. Fair. You're not paying for a building full of account managers here. You're paying one person who plans, designs, builds and launches your site, and who tells you the price before any work starts.

The number we agree on is the number you pay. No hourly surprises. No "phase two" you didn't ask for.

What I build

Everything a small business needs online. Nothing it doesn't.

01

New business websites

A sharp homepage, your services, your story, and a contact or quote form that lands in your inbox. Google-ready from day one.

  • Mobile-first, fast on every phone
  • Domain, hosting and email setup
  • Google Business Profile wired in
02

Website refresh & redesign

Keep what works, fix what doesn't. A new design, faster load times, a layout that works on phones, and content that's finally current.

  • Your existing content, re-planned
  • Speed and mobile fixes
  • Redirects so Google doesn't lose you
03

Landing pages & lead capture

One focused page for one offer, one season or one audience, with the form, the tracking and the follow-up wired in.

  • Quote builders and booking forms
  • Photo upload straight to your email
  • Analytics you can actually read
04

Care plans

Hosting, edits, backups, and a monthly speed and search check, so the site keeps working after launch and you always have one person to call.

  • Small edits each month
  • Backups and uptime watch
  • Seasonal updates on request

How it works

Run like a real project. Because it is one.

By day I lead enterprise technology programs as a professional project manager. Your website gets the same discipline: one owner, a written plan, weekly updates, and no surprises on the invoice.

01 Week one

Discover

A 30-minute call. What you do, who you want to reach, and what you already have: a logo, photos, a domain, an old site. I listen more than I talk.

You get: a plain-English summary of what the site needs to do
02 Week one

Plan

A written scope, a fixed price and a timeline, in one page. You know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before anything starts.

You get: scope, price and dates in writing
03 Week two

Design

Homepage first. You react, we adjust, you approve. Nothing gets built on a guess, and you never have to imagine what "modern" means.

You get: a homepage you've signed off on
04 Weeks two to four

Build & review

A weekly update with a live link. Watch it come together, leave comments, and see the plan tracked against the dates we agreed.

You get: a status note every week, even when it's just "on track"
05 Launch day

Launch & handoff

Domain, hosting, analytics and Google Business set up and tested. A short training video so you can make small edits yourself, plus 30 days of included fixes.

You get: a live site, the keys to it, and someone to call
The project manager's promise

Same standards I hold at work. Applied to yours.

I run multi-million-dollar technology programs for a living. Your project is smaller, but the discipline is identical.

  • One point of contact from first call to launch
  • Scope, price and dates in writing before work starts
  • Risks raised early, never invoiced later
  • Weekly status, in plain English
  • The number we agree on is the number you pay

Pricing

Transparent from the first conversation.

Starting points, not surprises. Every quote is fixed-price and in writing, so the only number that changes is the one on your estimate while you build it.

Ask about care

Every project is different, so these are honest starting points. The quote builder gives you a planning range in about three minutes, and the real quote is fixed before anything starts.

Who you're working with

Hi, I'm Jordan. Project manager by day, builder by nature.

I'm a professional project manager. I spend my days running enterprise technology programs, which means plans, budgets, risks, and a lot of people counting on dates being real. I'm also a mechanical engineer by training and a fine woodworker under the Yoergoods name on nights and weekends.

Yoergoods Digital is where those things meet: craftsmanship, engineering, and project discipline, pointed at small-business websites. I treat a contracted website with the same excellence I bring to a multi-million-dollar program. Same written plan. Same weekly status. Same refusal to let a surprise reach the invoice.

If you've avoided agencies because the process felt opaque and the price felt like a trap, this is the alternative: one person, a clear plan, a fixed number, and a site that works harder than the one your competitor has.

Questions people ask first

The honest answers.

Most sites I build land between $1,200 and $2,800 plus extras, and a refresh of an existing site starts at $900. The quote builder gives you a planning range in a few minutes, and the real quote is fixed in writing before any work starts. The number we agree on is the number you pay.

A Launch site is typically live in two weeks. A Grow site takes three to five weeks depending on how many pages and how quickly you can review. You get a dated plan up front and a status note every week, so there is never a question about where things stand.

No. Most new businesses start with a name and a phone number. I can write the copy with you from a short conversation, tidy up or create a simple logo, and plan the photos you need (your own phone photos are often better than stock). The quote builder asks about each of these so nothing is a surprise later.

Usually, yes, and it is the cheaper route. A refresh keeps your pages, your content and your Google history, and gives them a new design, faster load times and a layout that works on phones. If the old site is genuinely holding you back, I will tell you so and quote a rebuild instead.

Included in setup. I register or transfer your domain in your name (you own it, always), set up fast hosting, connect your business email and Google Business Profile, and hand you the logins. A care plan is available if you would rather never think about any of it again.

Every site ships search-ready: fast load times, mobile-first layout, clean page titles and descriptions, structured data, a sitemap, and service pages written around what your customers actually type. No one can promise a ranking, but I can promise the site will not be the reason you are missing.

Because the thing that goes wrong with web projects is rarely the design. It is the scope creeping, the dates slipping, and the invoice growing. Managing those three things is literally my profession. You get one owner who plans the work, builds it, and is accountable for the date and the number.

Ready when you are

Let's figure out what your site needs.

Three minutes in the quote builder gets you a planning range. A 30-minute call gets you a fixed price. No pressure at either step.
